ACCOMODATION
- Q: Do I need to bring my own bedding to your accommodations?
A: The beds are always made with fresh linens. The use of sleeping bags is prohibited for hygiene reasons. - Q: Is hot water available at your accommodations?
A: Guests can take a shower with hot water.
ARRIVAL AND PARKING
- When and where can we check-in for our reservation?A: You can check in at our reception between 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM. To speed up the check-in process, please enter the details of all guests staying with you in your reservation in advance.
- Q: How can I secure a parking spot when I arrive at your location?
A: When booking your stay, please include your vehicle registration number along with your personal information. As our guest, you are guaranteed free parking for the duration of your stay with us. You can find more information in the confirmation email we’ll send you upon booking. - Q: Can I drive my car to the accommodation?
A: You must leave your vehicle in the parking lot before the second gate. It is about a 200-meter walk along a gravel road through the forest to the Aljaž Hut. - Q: I'd like to get to my lodging without using a car. How can I do that?
A: There is a free bus from Mojstrana to our location. Check the schedule at the following link: https://kranjska-gora.si/en/go-with-bus.
SERVICES
- Q: What payment methods do you offer at your accommodations?
A: We accept cash and credit cards. - Q: Is Wi-Fi available for guests at your accommodations?
A: We do not offer Wi-Fi service to guests and visitors, but they can purchase a voucher for internet access. - Q: Can I store my backpack at your accommodations while I'm on a hike?
A: We do not have storage space in our cabins, and we do not assume responsibility for guests' belongings after they check out.
FOOD
- Q: What time do you serve dinner, and when is breakfast?
A: Dinner is served from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., and breakfast is served from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. - Q: Does the Aljaž Hut offer a vegetarian meal option?
A: All meals are prepared vegetarian-style; meat is added separately upon request.
